Alberto Antonio Dandolo graduated from Roma Tre University in DAMS (Arts, Music and Performing Arts) specializing in Directing for Cinema and Television. He has collaborated with: the Romaeuropa Foundation, the GARR Consortium (Italian Research and Education Network) witihn the Network Humanitatis Conference, Di.Co.Spe. (Department of Communication and Performing Arts of Roma Tre University) conducting research and directing numerous audiovisual projects. In 2009 he founded the Cultural Association Mimesi’S for the promotion of independent cinema and theatre. In 2010 he worked as an audio-visual project director in the MAE (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) Multimedia in Rome. Strade di Casa, his first full length film has received many prizes in italian film festivals, and was selected as best documentary film for the Libero Bizzarri Prize. Currently, he is working independently to the documentary film “The Cuban wives”.
